Cost of Shipping

Cost calculation is based on the total weight and size of your order, on National or International shipment and on Shipment Method (Priority/Normal letter, Tracking, Expedited shipping)

Please do not complain to me that a service is slow if you choose a slow service to ship your order.

Transit

I cannot be held directly responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit but I will work with you and the shipper to find a solution. Please understand that I have no more control over the handling of your shipment than you do.

Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No soldering on it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at contact@transmic.fr

During 30days after you received the device, (or 1year if you bought this extra warranty Option)
If you are unhappy with a product, please contact me to talk about your complain.
I will look into the basis of your complaint.

Each product is tested at least 3 or 5times before shipping, so it very very unlikely that it comes defective!

I will ask you to provide me some information:
  • Photos, videos
  • Settings snapshots, dump
  • Some basic measurements. (Need a multimeter)
Each case will be decided individually.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Example: You buy an 85€ product + 15€ shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Product is working OK, no damage, I can resell it. I refund the product price (85€)
    A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Product has been damaged by customer (bad wiring, wrong voltage…) No refunds are possible.

  • Product is defective.
    • We agree for an exchange. I send you a new product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
