Cost of Shipping

Cost calculation is based on the total weight and size of your order, on National or International shipment and on Shipment Method (Priority/Normal letter, Tracking, Expedited shipping)

 

Shipping Disclaimer

– Untracked Shipments

Please be advised that if you choose an untracked shipping method, you assume full responsibility for the delivery of your order. Once the package has been handed over to the postal service, we cannot be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit.
By selecting an untracked shipping option, you acknowledge and accept the risk that the package may not arrive or may be delayed, and that no refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
For a more secure delivery, we strongly recommend choosing a “tracked shipping” method.

– Tracked Shipments

If you choose a tracked shipping method, we take responsibility for ensuring that your order is shipped and that a tracking number is provided. However, please note that this shipping option does not include insurance for the package contents.
In the event of loss or damage during transit, we can only offer a refund of the shipping costs, as the carrier does not provide compensation for the item itself.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement for the lost or damaged product unless you have selected an insured shipping option.
To better protect your order, we strongly recommend choosing “Expedited Shipping”.

– Expedited Shipping R1

If you choose Expedited Shipping, your order will be shipped with a tracked and insured service. This means that in case of loss or damage during transit, a refund can be issued. However, please note that the maximum compensation provided by the carrier is €50, regardless of the total value of your order.
If your order exceeds €50, we strongly recommend purchasing “Expedited Shipping R2”.

– Expedited Shipping R2

If you choose Expedited Shipping, your order will be shipped with a tracked and insured service. This means that in case of loss or damage during transit, a refund can be issued. However, please note that the maximum compensation provided by the carrier is €200, regardless of the total value of your order.

Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No soldering on it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at contact@transmic.fr

During 30days after you received the device, (or 6months if you bought this extra warranty Option)
If you are unhappy with a product, please contact me to talk about your complaint.
I will look into the basis of your complaint.

 

Each product is tested at least 3 or 5times before shipping, so it very very unlikely that it comes defective!

 

I will ask you to provide me some information:

  • Photos, videos
  • Settings snapshots, dump
  • Some basic measurements. (Need a multimeter)

Each case will be decided individually.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

Example: You buy an 85€ product + 15€ shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Product is working OK, no damage, I can resell it. I refund the product price (85€)
    A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

     

  • Product has been damaged by customer (bad wiring, wrong voltage…) No refunds are possible.

     

  • Product is defective.
    • We agree for an exchange. I send you a new product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
